Tucson is our home base. We wash RVs at your house, your storage yard or your park space anywhere across the metro — midtown, the east side, the foothills, the northwest and the south side. You do not move the rig; we come to it with water, power and everything else the job needs.
What Tucson does to an RV finish
Two things work against a rig parked in Tucson: sun and dust. Summer UV at this elevation breaks down gelcoat and oxidizes older finishes, while monsoon dust and caliche settle into decals, roof seams, awning tracks and slide tops. Once that grit holds moisture against a seal it stops being a cosmetic problem. A wash on a regular schedule is the cheapest maintenance an RV gets.
Services and starting prices
- Spotless Wash – $8/ft, $200 minimum. Full exterior hand wash, front-cap bug removal, wheels and tires, spot-free final rinse.
- Premium Shine – $12/ft, $300 minimum. The wash plus a high-gloss polymer sealant that beads water and adds UV protection.
- Roof cleaning and inspection – from $120. Dust and buildup removed, careful work around vents and components.
- Roof UV protectant with cleaning – $199.
- Hydrophobic window treatment – $50.
Starting prices may vary for severe buildup, heavy oxidation, difficult access, travel distance or specialty surfaces. We confirm the number before we start.

What a visit looks like
- Book your service and tell us the RV type and length.
- Confirm – we go over location, access, water and power.
- Wash – the agreed service, using RV-safe soaps and soft brushes, never a high-pressure blast.
- Review – final inspection and a walkthrough with you before we leave.
Neighborhoods and HOA rules
Some Tucson and foothills communities restrict washing vehicles in the driveway or parking an RV on the street. Tell us your neighborhood when you book and we will work with it, including meeting the rig at a storage facility instead.
Serving the wider metro too: Oro Valley, Marana, Vail, Sahuarita, Green Valley and Benson. See our services and pricing.
